工作職責：
1、收集、整理造型各階段工程可行性問題，及時整合成有效的管理清單，問題狀態(tài)及時更新并實時溝通、發(fā)布；

4、了解造型開發(fā)中的各環(huán)節(jié)的工作邏輯，支持造型各階段技術(shù)輸入、輸出，對標、驗證，確保造型落地；
5、支持團隊建設(shè)包括工作流程優(yōu)化、共性問題復盤等等。

任職資格：
1、本科及以上學歷, 10年以上汽車工程或設(shè)計相關(guān)經(jīng)驗；
2、有一定的工程專業(yè)技術(shù)知識儲備（如總布置、車身、車燈、座椅等），對國內(nèi)外汽車法規(guī)有一定了解；
3、掌握基本的三維軟件操作（如CATIA、ALIAS等）；
4、英語能滿足日常工作需求，交流無障礙，書寫流暢；
5、團隊協(xié)作能力強, 積極主動, 較強的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
6、對汽車設(shè)計有高度興趣，能很好的理解造型意圖，熟悉造型設(shè)計開發(fā)流程。
